After talking with the sales agent and going through some paper work that was not solidified. I left with the sales agent telling me he would keep in touch with me because he was going to get the vehicle from a location near the Houston area. The agent did not keep in touch with me and for some reason. It was taking the dealership two days to preform a 126 point inspection and fill the gas tank. I tried getting in contact with him a few times and had to leave messages that he did not answer. At that point I got a bad feeling about this vehicle. I texted him and told him the deal was off and that no longer wanted the vehicle. He immediately texted back stating he understood my frustration, that he would be frustrated also. I also instructed him not to cash a check I left to show my good intent. He told me in writing that he would let the dealership know in the morning and thanked me for the opportunity to try and sell me a vehicle. We both stated we were sorry it didn't work out. As it turned out Auto Nation cashed the check and pushed the deal any way after I called it off. I never took receivership of the vehicle or the keys. I never inspected the vehicle, as I did not want the deal to go through. Auto Nation has the truck in their possession on their car lot. I have a finance company that is telling me I owe them money for a vehicle I do not have or own because I cancelled the deal and the salesman acknowledged this fact. Auto Nation of North Fort Worth will not cancel a transaction they made with TD Finance. From 8/8/2019 to 8/12/2019 is how long it took both parties to push this to a collection agency. Over a vehicle I don't have, own or even possess the keys for. Again, it sits in Auto Nations Car Lot. The first payment they state is not even due until 9/22/2019. Who does business like this. The original vehicle I wanted supposedly got sold while we were going through some paperwork. I could no longer buy that one.
