Banned from cold war for no reason

I tried to log on to Cold War just now today and it says I was banned from the cold war servers for 8800 minutes (6 days) and doesnt give me a reason. I havent done anything and all Ive been doing on the game is playing zombies at firebase z in solo mode. I have not done anything and would like my account unbanned asap please. Thank you.
