I absolutely hate this bank with a passion. Representatives & Supervisors is not going to help you. If you want a refund or theres a pending charge that you want to cancel, they wont do it unless the merchant sends a letter.. currently my case the merchant sends out letter 5 times and every money network supervisor still wont accept the letter ..other option is waiting 31 days. Plus if you have a card with them never let merchant swipe as credit. Money network charges you 40 dollars User's recommendation: Please spare yourself a nightmare.
