I turned to them many times when I needed to make a deposit. Also I used their ATMs. And I should say all of them work fine. And it is rather clean in the lobby. There are no huge lines to ATMs so you can cope with everything in 5–10 minutes. Their staff are also smiley and helpful. But once I turned to them with a big check and I needed to see a banker to clear it, and that changed everything. Now I am not so optimistic. I had to wait in line for almost 1 hour! I understand that there can be certain holdups, but an hour? Really? If they cannot cope they should do something… hire more bankers or anything. At least they had soft sofas so I could sit down.
