Complaint number 6643**** *month back I purchased 50 inch TV that suddenly off and I call to Sony customer care they are only told technician will come,now 2months over no one come and resolve the problem.. So I'm feeling very bad to purchased that Sony tv... User's recommendation: Please resolve the costomer problem or stop the sony service.
