Run RUN fast away from Banfield. I took my VERY healthy 6 year old chi to get her teeth cleaned. They put her under for 7 hours and would not give her to me. They insisted she needed 12 teeth pulled at $ 300. a tooth. 3600 dollars. I knew she did not as I had taken her to another vet before coming to them. I cried and begged them to return her to me and they would not. I went to get her in the back and they threatened to call the police on me. She was barley alive , I got her out of that torture chamber as fast as I could. Her eyes were scratched up . Please do not go to Banfield, it is a SCAM. User's recommendation: If you love your pet DO NOT go to Bainfield.
