I am thoroughly disgusted with your service. I ordered a balloon delivery for same day as you advertised. I paid a 14.99 delivery fee- that is a rip off to be gin with, but was willing to pay. The balloons were not delivered same day. The recipient was home all day until 5 pm and went to dinner, just to come home to a note on his front door with a contact number. I reached out to cust service and had to fight with the man to refund my delivery fee. It was refunded (awaiting confirmation). I called send flowers first thing in the am to provide a contact number for recipient. Finally the balloons delivered at 3 pm the day AFTER his birthday. How kind. 54.99 was charged for 6 latex and 2 mylar balloons...PATHETIC. The order was scantily made and was embarassed that it looked like that for 54.99. I will never use this company again. Total rip off. I would like a full refund!!!
