BALI MANAGEMENT – UNRESPONSIVE

I live in a condo I have a leak in the wall that was not prepared properly the first time a few days ago..this is the weekend I called 4 times and all 4 times I was disconnected. they do not call back - called again they were sending someone out to look. received a call from plumber who said it would be cod or he would not send someone. leaks in the wall are the association responsibility. it should not be this difficult to get a repair..they are unresponsive and giving me a hard time, every time you call for a repair they put you off
