One of our automatic window blinds became dislodged from the brackets and hit the floor. I recovered the unit and found a loose part that does not appear to fit anywhere within the blind mechanism. The part is a small metal roller that is about 1mm wide and about 0.6mm tall (I have photos) They still open and close via the sOmfy mechanism, but they seem to have a little more resistance when raising/lowering. I need help determining if this is a missing part or one that stowed away at the factory. Blinds purchased through Lowes 12/16/2013
