Our window blinds fell off of the wall. One small part (cord roller) fell out and I could not determine where it came from. After contacting your site I finally reached Bali customer service directly. They were able to help me correct the issue. User’s recommendation: Keep trying the Bali site for assistance.
One of our automatic window blinds became dislodged from the brackets and hit the floor. I recovered the unit and found a loose part that does not appear to fit anywhere within the blind mechanism. The part is a small metal roller that is about 1mm wide and about 0.6mm tall (I have photos) They still open...

Non-professional staff, very poor service
Very poor service - if you can call it that - customer service by phone. The aunt does not listen to what she says to her, does something from the notes, or what she has learned to answer by heart, but has nothing to do with the question asked. Does not try to solve technical difficulties, does not try to reassure and help the customer, does not apologize for the inconvenience, inappropriate, does not have the ability to talk to customers. He stated that he knew nothing, could not help anything and dropped the handset - and he was paid a salary by the apartment every month for this "job".
