“BAIT AND SWITCH”…WHAT WONT’ FERMAN PROMISE YOU FOR THE CHARGE OF $135 FOR A NDIGNOSES

NEVER, HAVE I FELT SO MANIPULATED BY A DEALERSHIP. INSISTING THAT I WAS APPROVED FOR A "CUSTOMER ASSISANCE PROGRAM" (TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT) THROUGH THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE, PROMISING ME A LOANER CAR WOULD BE WAITING FOR ME, AND THAT THE CHARGE OF THE DIAGNOSIS ($135) WOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. HOWEVER, IT WAS ALL LIES. THIS I LEARNED ONLY AFTER I PAID TO HAVE MY MINI TOWED TO THE PALM HARBOR LOCSTION FROM SPRING HILL. WHY? THEY MANIPULATED ME FOR A $135 TRANSMISSION DIAGNOSES. THAT LIES ARE MANY, AND THE HELP IS NONEXISTANT. WHEN THE GIRL WHO MADE ALL THE PROMISES SAW ME SHE PRETENDED SHE DID NOT. SHE COULD NOT EVEN MAKE EYE CONTACT. IF FERMAN WOULD TREAT ME LIKE THIS FOR $135, WHAT WOULD THEY DO O SOMEONE THAT PURCHASED A NEW CAR FROM THEM? WAIT, I KNOW HOW THEY WOULD TREAT YOU....JUST READ THE COMPLAINTS PRIOR TO THIS ONE. RUN, DO NOT WALK, RUN AWAY. TOO MANY OTHER CUSTOMER ORIENTED WONDERFUL DEALERSHIPS IN TAMPA. WHY GET SCREWED BY THIS ONE
