Our company will NEVER recommend any of the CVENT services or event platform, EVER! We also signed a one year contract, believing everything was included. Then we were told all charges were reoccurring annually for FOUR YEARS- this quadrupled our costs for a small annual meeting. In March, the ecommerce division of Cvent sent one email to a personal account of a former employee, telling us they would hold all of our funds for at least 8 months ( until one month after our meeting!!) They stated credit card chargebacks due to COVID- which is ridiculous - as we have only had 2-3 chargebacks to date. Do not sign up with this company that has no customer service, lacks a moral compass, and is simply out to take all of your revenue and provide an inferior event platform. I would prefer taking checks!! No way out of their contract. User's recommendation: Read the contract.
