My baggage was damaged on May 22, 2021 on flights from Sofia to Doha and Doha to Kuwait. I noticed the damage at my arrival at home since the suite case was wrapped in the plastic so I could not see the damage at the airport. After that I filed request for compensation No. KWI2162261 which was denied due to the non reporting the damage at site! I do not think it is in accordance with the best treatment of frequent travelers with premium classes such as I am and I am asking you to reconsider that decision!
