Badoo refusing applicable refund

From Badoo oficial terms and services: "Once you have paid for any premium services, you have the right to cancel and be reimbursed for all payments received within 14 days. If you wish to cancel please let us know via Feedback Page. Please note that if you choose to download any of the Content which forms part of any paid for service within the 14 day period, you may lose this right. After the 14 days have expired, the paid for services are non-refundable." As you can see, there is no mention of non-refundable events in 14 days other than downloading premium contact. I was billed after I forgot to cancel my premium trial. 2 hours after billing, I noticed it and immediately contacted their support. I was extremely careful to not download any premium content or use it in any ways. Terrence - Badoo Support Team, support+[protected].[protected]@badoo.com, ID [protected] answered me. He told me that I could not apply for a refund because of this extract: "Your trial period will begin when you submit your payment details. Your trial period lasts x days. No money will be charged or held in your account before the end of your trial period. You can cancel online at any time or change your payment method in your payment settings. If you don't cancel your subscription before the trial ends on x date, you agree that you authorize Social Online Payments Ltd to charge your Badoo account." There is no mention of any non-refundable services here. After that, I asked badoo suport for elaboration with the screenshot of their terms and services from the beginning of this complaint. Another guy answered me in 2 seconds. John - Badoo Support Team, support+[protected].[protected]@badoo.com, ID [protected] answered me. This time, they stated that I could not apply for a refund because "I downloaded content and received premium benefits". I didn't download any content and receive any premium benefits, in fact, I was extremely careful not to. I asked them for further elaboration and proof of downloading content. The third time they basically just said me to bugger off and that I'm not getting anything back. They ignored me afterwards. This totally violates their terms of service and undermines any badoo support decency and credibility.
