Bad Wheel Alignment

I bought a set of Turanza W/Serenity Plus tires. I also purchased the life time wheel balance and alignment. After two alignments I noticed an unusual road noise. The cause of the noise was from feathering on the inside edge of the tires. Tires plus realigned the tires and sent me on my way saying the tires would even themselves out. When that didn’t work I took it back and they told me it was caused by leaking front shocks. I decided to take my car to the dealer for an alignment and they found that the rear was out of alignment and corrected it. I have since called tires plus and had a customer complaint case created. I was told someone would contact me in 48 hours. After 9 days I called again and told that they tired several times to reach me and left messages. I went through my calls (missed and received), there were no calls from anyone I didn’t recognize, nor were there any messages. They told they would push it up another level I would contacted in 48 hours. After 4 days (today) I called again and had the exact same conversation as last time. This time they told me they would push it up to the division level and someone would contact me within 48 hours. I’m sure this is standard procedure by them hoping I will lose interest. My final expectations are that they will replace my tires free of any charges and refund my lifetime alignment cost.
