I logged a call 6 or 7 January in Port Elizabeth (041) 401 6400 for a broken door handle for a 7kg Defy front washing machine. I had to call some 0800... number to log the call. A technician came out and confirmed the door handle is broken and phoned their office and told me they don't have one there they will have to order and will take two days. A week went past no one called and when I called it looked liked the part was not ordered or send from KZN I was made to understand. Lady said they will call me, nothing came. I called again spoke to Corne on 14 Jan he said he will try get 2nd hand part while waiting put it in Monday 17th Jan. Till today 2 weeks later no one calls back or nothing that is absolutely bad customer service. I paid the same day the Tec.. was at our place. Unbelievable for a R25 part to take so long with absolute no feedback.
