Bad streaming but nontefund

Update by user Sep 18, 2020 Still blaming producer for no rfefund even though we paid Goldstar Original review posted by user Aug 19, 2020 We gave them a $19.99 payment to get a John Cleese streaking event from England. At the time of the event, their website kept pushing us back to s new reservation. Finally we made another reservation at another $19.99 cost and finally got connected but about 10 minutes into the program. The sound was awful- bad sync, low volume etc. After another 10 minutes, we just gave up. We requested refunds of both reservations but Goldstar, after two weeks of dodging the issue, finally said the box office reported only one sound glitch , so no refunds. This was after they sent an email that the entire sound problem had been fixed and the program was again available as a download. We refused again asking for refunds from the original program but Goldstar hid behind the box office lie. Since they do not accept responsibility for what they book and charge for, we recommend people no longer use them. They cannot be trusted to offer proper technical levels of entertainment. User's recommendation: Do not book through Goldstar.
