Bad Service/Safety Concerns

Granddaughter was shocked due to no cover on air conditioning unit electric cord plug. Fire/smoke alarms in non working conditions wires hanging out. Fire escape plan ripped in half of map, so unable to view evacuation route. In bathroom, floor felt like we were going to fall thru. ( we were on the second floor) And ABSOLUTELY no handicap accommodations. Rooms were very filthy. Dealt with 3rd party to speak to management. Front desk clerk had her daughter who must of been maybe 2 years old and baby was FILTHY very poor service all the way around.
