I gave the attendant at the window my receipt which offers a free jumbo jack if one is purchased she wouldn't accept it she was the manager and said her name was Cabrela or something like that. The jack and box was at 107 E Camp Wisdom Rd. Duncanville, Tx 75116... I expect to be compensated in some manner for the inconvenience as well as the extra time consumption of mine. User's recommendation: My recommendation to future customers is unfortunately "waste more of your time" and complain as I have!
