Bad service on american home shield and subcontractor–4 whole days before my stove was fixed

I have been a customer of your company, American Home Shield. During this period, I have never called your office for assistance, that is, before Tuesday, 06 July 2021, when I called because my stove was not working at all. I tried to explain to the Service Agent to whom I spoke, the nature of the problem that I am having, but before I could complete my statement she interrupted and said that I have to pay a fee of $100. before the technician could be sent to my resident to examine the stove. I protested this fee and as a result of this, I found myself in an argument, and she waived the fee. The subcontractor gave me an appointment for Saturday, 10th July, which is 4 days without a stove.
