Bad service, no telephone support
It seemed so easy to open a checking account with the bank online. Considering my schedule, visiting a branch and wasting so much time for the in-person appointment sounded like such a drag. I decided for the first time to try and open an account online. Once I opened it, the account did not last a day. I received a notification that it was closed because of the incomplete verification. They did not provide next steps for me, so I had to call the service only to find out it was impossible to reach a living person through their telephone customer service.
