Bad service dealing with payment card

I checked in but after she messed up my card. The first time was 80.00 but changed to 69.00 after senior discount and after calling my card to confirm the 69.00 I discovered 80.00 was taken off. I CALLED THE MANAGER THE NEXT DAY AND HE REFUSED TO HELP CORRECT THE PROBLEM. HE BLAMED IT IN THE CARD. I called Total Pay Card and they said they could not help until after Comfort Inn was paid and only than look into it. It could take up to 45 to 60 days to straighten it out. My complain is this the billing difference and the manager's refusal to deal with the problem! User's recommendation: Fo not go to Comfort Inn in Blacksburg , Virginia.
