Bad service at counter

I really had a bad experience on 15/3/21 at 7.45 am. I want to top up my KTM card because my is money balance is not enough. I only had 100 notes in my wallet and when I gave the money to the lady for 20 top up. She yelled at me as I'm so stupid and doesn't know what is the best hospitality. KTM kuang should send her for service class as she doesn't have a smile and don't really good in her work. Pls KTM now is already 2021. Wake up pls
