Bad service and stolen cell phone

Made a reservation through Costco for a small SUV to be picked up at Denver airport. Not available when we arrived. Took more than an hour with agent to get a sedan. When returned car, I left my cell phone charging in the console. Came back within 20-30 minutes (and contacted Avis). They said car was already processed and car couldn't be found. User's recommendation: Stay away. Denver police said the employees are temporary agents and not employed by Avis. Avis doesn't keep track of where or who employees are.
