Bad service and dirty

I have appointment at 11am after 3weeks I got this appointment went there waited 20min , no apology that I have to wait then called to be seated that seat was full of hair and dirt , I just walk out with my son 6 year old User's recommendation: I am regular coustmer but never have this experience.
