Bad service and contract violation

The agreement was to deliver a kitchen and bathroom units at 30/8 or within a week from that date. For every delayed day they should pay 50 egyption pounds. They called telling me they can only deliver the kitchen and bathroom will be delayed. I told them that I need all pieces to be delivered as per agreement and latency they need to pay the plenty . They agreed and they delivered at 23 of October with bad quality and we had to change many pieces and only at Feb the kitchen installation was finished and now they refused to give us the money.
