Home depot does not keep the receipts after certain points and now for $100 unit I have spent hours to discuss with people located in Philippines and they just read over the script they have and request me to send a copy of my installation fee document that I sent over and still denied replacement. they do not stand by their faulty units and take the customers for ridiculous ride. do not buy this brand User's recommendation: Do not purchase InSinkErator brands.
