Bad quality product and even worst customer service

I have a GE profile microwave that came installed with my new house. The microwave stopped heating in Feb, 2021. The technician came and suggested that a part needed to be replaced. They ordered the part for us. However; when the part arrived, the technician declined to replace it due to fire hazard. I replaced the part myself and somehow go the microwave to work. It's July, 2021 and the microwave has stopped working again. I am not getting any support from GE appliances. User's recommendation: Do not buy GE appliances.
