Bought an expensive blouse And after few hours wearing , sleeves buttons came off and fabric Weaving at few places ripped off. When tried to return , store manager not agreeing to return saying in fashion industry , it happens all the time and no word of sorry or regret for my bad experience. When threaten to take it further with company for return , he backtracked and agreed to take back the item but still with lot of attitude. My second bad experience!!
