Bad Oysters

I bought a pint of raw oysters ($10.95) on a Friday. When I opened them on Sunday it was obvious one of them was bad, and they stunk. I dumpted them down the garbage disposal and kept the top which showed the "expired" date over a week in the future. I went by the store and told them the problem and gave them the container top. They said they only way I could get a refund was to have brought the bad oysters back with a reciept!!! Ugh. I will never buy there again, thats for sure! Not that there will be a next time for me, but someday someone will eat a bad one one, get sick and either die and/or sue.
