I had a hog butcher at Mcnees and I picked it up it was frozen and packaged nicely. When I went to bake the smoked meats the hams and smoked ham steaks were all rotting Gray/green in appearance. I contacted the store and was told they would pull my bill and get back with me. Well they never did and after 4 calls and left messages it became apparent that Mcnees isn't professional or mature enough to have a conversation about the subject.Refusing to return my calls. The meat must of been under smoked or at wrong temp. I recommend you search for a more professional business for your needs.
