my daughter bought me a pair of LG tones like a month ago. The first day the right side didnt work. I told my daughter and she contacted esurebuy for a refund or replacement. They told her to contact LG for a refund. This item was 40 bucks so they were refurbished and not under warranty. NEVER BUY FROM ESUREBUY.COM. they are a scam User's recommendation: never buy from them.
