I ordered Oden at 20 July 2021afternoon at Family Mart Damansara Utama, and realised it wasn't hot at all, it was cold. And i went back to the outlet to check and they realised that the electricity blacked off. Aside from this, the spoon used to stir my matcha latte was an oden tomyam spoon as well, furthermore the service person was very impolite. And this has happened to me around PJ Area in 2021. Im so so surprised when Family Mart's service had dropped and became so bad when the hygiene had dropped so much, with not washing the stirring container which was used by the previous customer. Where is the quality control of Family Maryh
