Recently I bought the age defy hair color on line and used one right away. It had trouble with mixing. First of all, it is really difficult to get even most of it out of the tube. But when I shook it to mix it wouldn't mix- like it was old or something. In order to use it since I already had the premix in my hair I had to put it in a bowl and mix it with my fingers. I was almost afraid to use it. I bought two boxes but am now afraid to eventually use the 2nd box. How can you fix this. This makes me very unhappy. User's recommendation: Don't know what to recommend.
