We hired First Coast Limo for a school banquet and were not pleased. First, my credit card was charged immediately rather then when service was provided. We were told the driver would be there at 5:50pm, but he showed up at 6:10pm with the wrong limo. We ordered a black SUV and a white pick-up truck limo showed up. The limo had torn seats, smelled awful and was very hot inside. When we reserved the limo, the price we were quoted stated that the tip was included, so I assumed that is exactly what they meant. However, the driver called my 16 year old daughter the next day and complained to her that we did not tip him. She stated that we were told it was included in the price and that she didn't feel it was appropriate for him to be calling. I was furious that he would do such a thing. We will not be using or recommending this company in the future.
