Bad experience in store and overall

I brought a recliner with a USB port for charging back on September 6th 2021. The USB port has never worked I tried calling I went back to the store where I purchased it several times I even talked to a Manager at that store. He supposedly entered information and sent it to the warranty's dept. I have not gotten any reply at all from city Furniture. User's recommendation: Still in progress.
