Bad experience and unprofessional

Good luck talking to higher up people. I reached out to Ewart Vivian senior Vice President passenger service wanted to discuss my charges and found out she was rude and not helpful. Email response you can tell what kind of person she is. Better of waiting for 2 hours and talking to the supervisor atleast they were nice and courteous on the phone. Never taking this cruise worst customer service and will go back to royal Caribbean where they treat you like family.
