Bad delivery experience.

Paid for delivery. set up and haul away. Only got mattress and platform delivered. The delivery guys had order for delivery only. They called office and was toid delivery only. I paid extra for set up and haul away. I went back to the store and all they told me was sorry. Wouldn't give me refund. User's recommendation: Bad customer service. Don't pay extra for delivery.
