I absolutely hate this company. Delivery to my rural residence after 5:00 pm is totally unacceptable. When the days get shorter I do not want to be getting packages after dark and in the summer, I have better things to do. Leaving packages in unprotected places to get wet is another issue for me. I have a covered deck area that involves a few more steps but no way would they think to do that. Amazon has made a big mistake here. Hire more people and do an acceptable job.
