I placed an order and paid with my amazon credit card. The only notification I received was from Amazon letting me know hair sisters received their payment. The phone number does not work. I have sent 2 emails, both ignored. We are entitled to decent service or our money back. My daughter is an attorney. Online a Companies are NOT allowed to keep your money. According to the fcc. They have to give a refund. I am currently discussing with daughter the attorney about possibly doing a class action suit against hair sisters. If anyone else has had a bad experience with hair sisters and may need to join comment this post. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER from hairsisters.
