Hello. This is my first time writing in about something like this so please forgive me if I come off cross. I am a dialysis patient do as you can imagine its very hard for me to go anywhere because my legs swell so badly and really hurt. Anyway I went to your store yesterday the 27th. On average I go to the store 1 time a month and looking back in my receipts spend an average of $170 each time I go. Today I went in for a new pair of clippers, retractable leash, new harness x 2, months supply of food for 2 dogs, shampoo, conditioner, and a new pet gate. As I walked the store today (I arrived at 11:20) I asked for help bc the gate was stacked up high out of reach. The cashier was the only person in the store I could find working. I waited almost 25 minutes. I never heard her call anyone. There was no place for me to sit and my feet were starting to swell. So I started to walk the store a 2nd time. By now its 12:15. So I start calling out asking for help because soon I could not walk bc of the swelling and I still need to get home. as near the aquarium a young man with dark hair and black glasses YELLS at me to just wait, and he will help me later. I notice he was helping ppl with fish that had walked in AFTER I HAD asked for help. I dont appreciate being yelled at by some kid. I dont appreciate driving across Corpus Christi in Sunday traffic, when Walmart, HEB and petsmart are so much closer to my home. Ive been coming here since I got my babies 12 years ago. And I NEVER have been treated so rudely by some kid. I was so offended I left. And I can promise Ill never go back again
