Bad customer service South African branch

Ordered on line, and paid for a pair of NB 880rev10 from your South African branch. Received a mail later that day that the shoe is no longer in stock and I will be refunded within the next 10 days. No alternatives were offered. NB takes my funds immediately but cannot refund immediately. This I find unacceptable. Regards Peter User's recommendation: Do not use the online service of NB in South Africa.
