Bad customer service skills and they scammed me

I set up auto pay 2 months ago the first month was fine but this month my phone was shut off on March seventh don't know what happened I went to my cell service provider and paid in person March tenth I get a notification from my bank that says cellpay withdrew the funds anyway I called the customer service number to try and work it out she said I'm not getting a refund or any type of reimbursement she didn't even want to tell me her name she hung up on me and I had to call back to make sure they cancelled my autopay acct I contacted better business bureau not sure what's gonna happen now but just wanted to let you know so you don't get scammed like I did User's recommendation: Don't use this place scammers.
