I sent one shipment from Canada to UK and it supposed to be deliver in 2 days but it arrived in UK and then went to Siri Lanka by mistake. Then arrived back in Uk after 5 days. Took 8 days to deliver. No claim accepted on delay shipment which caused very much financial loss and stress too. Do not sent any shipment through DHL Canada. User's recommendation: UPS.
