Dear Concern, I am MD SULIMAN HOSSIN, purchased an online ticket to fly KUL-DAC on 24th May by MH196 and return on 18th June MH197. I did the online payment through CIMB cliks RM 821. I did not get the ticket or any sort of confirmation then I made a call to your customer care ( 130088****) and I have been informed that there is no booking under my name. Then I have asked the following QUESTIONS: 1. If there is no booking confirmed then how your portal has directed to the payment option? 2. RM 821 has been deducted from my account but still your customer care is saying nothing in there portal. 3. I have informed CIMB about this incident they have made it clear that from CIMB side payment is successful and provided ref number (PW5Q5FAPWD208317****328819XXXX) After sharing all this I have been informed that my money will be refunded into my account within 10-14 working days. But why my money should be with you for 10-14 working days if you can not provide the ticket and most importantly after 10-14 working days if I wanna buy the ticket I will not be able to buy the ticket at the same price then who will bear the extra cost? Under this situation I am humbly requesting you to issue me the ticket on the mentioned date ( as payment has already done) I have sent couple of email and made call multiple times your worst customer service and reservation department is not replying my email and can not even guide me about my ticket.
