As a customer, I would like to feedback on your customer service staff attitude as well as when we have requested for your manager to contact me, his name is Bernard Goh, right at the beginning of the call he was already giving the impatient tone reflecting to me of being a nuisance customer....This whole incident started with the items which I have collected yesterday was wrong, it’s not meant for me, thus I initiated to call in this morning but before I could finish giving the set of numbers on the wrong items, I was already told to take photo & email. It totally pissed me off with this, in addition I gave the number which the manager suppose to call me at 98492198 but yet it was not given to your manager & he called the number which I called in... worst was when I initiated again to call in looking for the manager whom called, became to the line with an impatient tone. To add on he repeated about 3-4 times that the earlier customer service girl was just trying to explain...instead of showing a little sincerity of trying to resolve the issue!Just to let u know, your customer service girl kept repeating in the morning to me “you are not listening” this is pretty ridiculous when I am your client yet I must listen instead of your so call customer service! I’m in doubt does Ezbuy staff understand what is customer service & after sales service!!! Looking forward that Ezbuy Management will look into this seriously!
