Bad custom support and the worst website.

I am supposedly set up on auto payment but the money is never taken out of my account. When I go to the website, it gives no way to make a payment and says no payment due. They raised my fixed monthly payments $150 with no notice given. Apparently not enough money was taken out for escrow. What a nightmare! User's recommendation: Avoid this company at all cost.
