I went las Saturday morning to ask for an appointment, that day they giveme the appointment for today at 10 am. On Saturday I was specific that only want tire rotation and balance. Nothing else. Today I arrive 10 to 10 and they told me they are full. And I have to live my car. After that they told mi may car will be ready at 12. A wait until 1 and when a get there may car was just getting in to the service and I sow they was about yo change the oil. Something I didnt ask for. I have a medical appointment today at 2 so I can wait and ask for my car back
