Bad care

I thought I had a infection they did a test and said I did. Got RX filled and took it for 2 days and then received a call to stop taking it - NO INFECTION. Also wanted my ears wax cleaned. The nurse gave me a RX to soften the wax - my doctors office or Urgent care never did that had me do that
