Bad bug shield

I purchased a bug shield from Carid. Unfortunately, it came off the car damaging my hood with over $600 in damage. I asked for a refund and they offered me a $15 gift certificate. Further the supervisor on duty was too busy to talk to me about the refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
